Area General Manager - Washington D.C.
The Area General Manager (AGM) is responsible for managing and developing all credit functions and indirect business activity within the assigned region. The AGM provides input and executes strategies for the assigned region, as well as provides leadership to the Branch team members. The AGM is a key link between credit operations, sales operations, and senior leadership.
Job Duties
- Focus on origination volume and credit quality performance of Branch.
- Build/maintain a high performing Credit and Sales team.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing Branch team members.
- Provide leadership to Branch members through on-going coaching, training, and motivation.
- Assist in the development and/or maintenance of dealer relationships that ensure volume objectives and credit quality.

Loan Services Representative - Irving, TX
This representative supports Exeter Finance Corp. by ensuring that each loan package booked into our payables system is accurately uploaded into our Account Servicing System and prepares extensive loan package files. In addition, this representative ensures that payments are accurately applied to accounts and that account modifications are completed in a timely manner. The individual that fulfils this role has working knowledge and background in sub-prime auto finance and account servicing procedures.
Job Duties
- Manually data enter files as necessary and accurately maintain account numbers assigned to booked loan packages
- Complete the construction and review of loan package files on a daily basis
- Prepare files and titles for delivery including a manifest
- Contact dealers and/or Department of Motor Vehicles for status of non-perfected liens.

The Dealer Services Representative evaluates financial credit data and completes a credit investigation process to assure compliance with state and federal laws and Company credit standards. Senior Credit Manager - Buffalo, NY
The Senior Credit Manager assists the Area General Manager (AGM) and Assistant Area General Manager (AAGM). The Senior Credit Manager performs credit functions and supports indirect business activity within the branch. This position is responsible for visiting and marketing to Franchise automobile dealerships, underwriting negotiations, and assisting in funding activities when needed. This team member has contact with automobile dealers, as well as other finance and credit sources and other company departments. This team member reports directly to the Area General Manager.

•Assist in the development and/or maintenance of dealer relationships that ensure volume objectives and credit quality.
•Review credit exceptions and determine their approval or denial within credit authority established.
•Recommend decisions to AGM/AAGM on approvals outside credit authority.
•Assist branch personnel with credit policy and pricing interpretations.
•Offer support to branch personnel for any assistance needed in the credit decision process and/or funding process.
•Ensure compliance is met with applicable policies and procedures.
•Ensure branch office cooperation with other departments, to maximize efficiency within the company.

The Dealer Services Representative evaluates financial credit data and completes a credit investigation process to assure compliance with state and federal laws and Company credit standards.
