Mark Floyd, Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman
Mr. Floyd serves on the Board of Directors and has 12 years of non-prime automobile finance and 20 years of related banking experience prior to joining Exeter Finance Corp. Mr. Floyd most recently served as Co-Chief Operating Office of AmeriCredit Corp. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Floyd served as the President of Dealer Services and EVP of Strategic Alliances at AmeriCredit.
Mr. Floyd has previously served as the Principal Shareholder and President of National Asset Placement Corp., a purchaser of assets from the FDIC and has held positions of President, CEO, COO and Director of various Dallas area banks. Mr. Floyd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
Richard G. Frunzi, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Frunzi has 22 years of non-prime automobile finance experience, prior to joining Exeter Finance Corp., Mr. Frunzi worked for AmeriCredit Financial Services for almost 13 years. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Branch Operations for AmeriCredit at its corporate headquarters in Ft. Worth, Texas. Prior to that role, Mr. Frunzi served as Senior Vice President of Credit Review.
Mr. Frunzi originally joined AmeriCredit in 1994 as the St. Louis, MO Area General Manager and later spent five years as a Regional Vice President based in Chicago, IL. Prior to working for AmeriCredit, Mr. Frunzi was a branch manager with Mercury Finance in San Diego, CA and also worked for Bedford Financial Services, a small independent finance company.
Daniel A. Parry, Chief Credit Officer
Mr. Parry brings 14 years of non-prime credit risk management experience to Exeter Finance Corp., most recently as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management for AmeriCredit Corp.
Prior to AmeriCredit, Mr. Parry was an adjunct faculty member for LeTourneau University's Dallas Education Center, where he taught business courses in economics, marketing, quantitative methods, and managing innovation. Mr. Parry also developed courses in operations research. During that time, he also worked as a research associate for the Provost at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he pursued doctoral studies in Management Science.
Mr. Parry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has also been published in the Journal of Performance Improvement.
Kenneth E. Wardle, Executive Vice President Portfolio Management
Mr. Wardle brings 16 years of non-prime automobile finance experience to Exeter Finance Corp. Formerly, he was Vice President of Research Analytics for AmeriCredit Corp. Previous to this experience, Mr. Wardle worked at Drive Financial Services, LP based in Dallas, Texas as the Vice President of Portfolio Management.
Prior to Drive Financial, Mr. Wardle spent 7 years at AmeriCredit, in roles related to loan performance and collection management analysis. Mr. Wardle entered the Auto Finance industry in 1994 with TranSouth Financial (now CitiFinancial Auto). Mr. Wardle holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
Walter E. Evans, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Evans has served as a senior legal executive for over 22 years at public companies and top-tier law firms. Most recently, Mr. Evans served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of ACE Cash Express, a retail financial services company with over 1,700 locations located throughout the United States. Prior to ACE, Mr. Evans served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Hollywood Casino Corporation, a publicly traded gaming company with operations in Illinois, Mississippi and Louisiana.
Prior to his tenure at Hollywood Casino, Mr. Evans served as an associate in the corporate/finance departments of the Dallas, Texas offices of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP and Hughes & Luce, LLP (n/k/a K&L Gates). Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Honors Business and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2005, Mr. Evans was named "Best General Counsel - Attorney Staff 2-10" by the Dallas Business Journal.
Stephen T. Moses, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Moses brings over 24 years experience as a financial executive with 8 years in financial services. Formerly, he was a Vice President of Finance at Associates First Capital and a Senior Vice President at Bank of America in their auto and mortgage divisions.
Prior to Exeter Finance Corp., Mr. Moses has also served as Chief Financial Officer at several companies. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
Elizabeth Webb, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Webb brings over 30 years of auto finance experience which includes 17 years in non-prime prior to joining Exeter Finance Corp. Ms. Webb most recently served as Senior Vice President Business Development and Marketing at AmeriCredit Corp. where she developed and managed business relationships with banks, captives, major dealer groups, and manufacturers.
Ms. Webb previously held a Vice President position with WFS Financial where she was instrumental in launching operations in Texas. Ms. Webb gained her knowledge of the auto finance business coming up through the ranks at GMAC where she managed all aspects of auto finance originations. Ms. Webb attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and marketing courses at Kellogg Institute. She serves on the AFSA Vehicle Finance Board.
Pete Siciliano, Senior Vice President - Servicing
Mr. Siciliano brings over 19 years of automobile finance experience to Exeter Finance Corp. He originally entered the Auto Finance industry with Ford Motor Credit Company. During his 18 years with Ford Credit, Mr. Siciliano gained knowledge and experience in the areas of customer service, collections, servicing, credit and risk management, and process and quality. Mr. Siciliano holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
