Mark Floyd
Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman
Mark brings more than three decades of experience in the banking and non-prime auto finance industries to his leadership role at Exeter Finance. Most notably, he held senior management positions at AmeriCredit Corp., including Chief Operating Officer and President of Dealer Services and EVP of Strategic Alliances. Prior to AmeriCredit, Mark served as Principle Shareholder and President of the National Asset Placement Corp. and excelled in various leadership positions at banking institutions throughout Dallas. Mark also serves on the Board of Directors at Exeter and is a member of the Vehicle Finance Board of AFSA.
Walter Evans
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Walt has held senior legal executive positions at public companies and top-tier law firms for more than 22 years. Before joining Exeter Finance, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for ACE Cash Express. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Hollywood Casino Corporation, a publicly traded gaming company. He has been a corporate/finance associate for both Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and Hughes & Luce (n/k/a K&L Gates), and in 2005, was named "Best General Counsel - Attorney Staff 2-10” by the Dallas Business Journal.
Richard Frunzi
Executive Vice President Originations
Richard has more than 25 years of experience in non-prime auto finance and is a founding partner of Exeter Finance. He has successfully held a variety of management positions at AmeriCredit Corp., including Senior Vice President of Branch Operations, Senior Vice President of Credit Review, Regional Vice President and Area General Manager. Before AmeriCredit, Richard was a Branch Manager at Mercury Finance in San Diego, Calif. and worked for Bedford Financial Services, a small independent finance company.
Stephen Moses
Chief Financial Officer
Steve has more than 24 years of financial executive experience, including numerous years in the financial services industry. Prior to his current leadership role, Steve was Vice President of Finance at Associates First Capital. He also served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America in the company’s auto and mortgage divisions and held several Chief Financial Officer positions before joining Exeter Finance.
Nick Ockwell
Chief Information Officer
Nick has more than 20 years of experience managing and leading IT operations for companies around the globe. Prior to joining Exeter Finance, Nick was the Chief Information Officer of Latin America for Ally Financial Services (formerly GMAC). Before Ally, he was Vice President of Global IT Operations & Services for Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 company with global sales of $5.5 billion. He held other posts at Kelly Services as well, including Senior Director of International IT and Director of IT Project Management.
Daniel Parry
Chief Credit Officer
Daniel is a founding partner of Exeter Finance and has more than 15 years of experience in non-prime credit risk management, including several years as Senior Vice President of Risk Management at AmeriCredit Corp. Prior to his work at AmeriCredit, Daniel was an adjunct faculty member at the Dallas Education Center of LeTourneau University. He taught courses in economics, marketing, quantitative methods, and managing innovation and developed courses in operations research. His work has been published in the Journal of Performance Improvement.
Kenneth Wardle
Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management
Kenneth has more than 16 years of non-prime auto finance experience that spans several industry participants. Before helping to found Exeter Finance in 2006, Kenneth was Vice President of Research Analytics for AmeriCredit Corp. Earlier in his career, he also held positions within the company related to loan performance and collection management. Prior to AmeriCredit Corp., he was Vice President of Portfolio Management for Drive Financial Services and worked at TranSouth Financial.
Elizabeth Webb
Chief Marketing Officer
Elizabeth brings more than 30 years of auto finance and non-prime experience to her role at Exeter Finance. Her extensive background includes managing strategic relationships for AmeriCredit Corp. as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. She was also Vice President of WFS Financial and worked her way up through the ranks at GMAC, where she learned and managed all aspects of the company’s auto finance originations. Elizabeth is currently a member of the Vehicle Finance Board of AFSA and is also a board member of the NAF Association.
Thomas Weslocky, Jr.
Executive Vice President of Servicing
Tom has more than 30 years experience, successfully leading collections and customer contact efforts for top companies in a variety of industries. Before joining the executive team at Exeter, he was the Chief Risk Officer for Advance America, the largest publicly traded payday loan company. He has also been Vice President of Loss Mitigation for two prominent auto lenders, namely GMAC (now Ally) and Capital One. In addition, Tom is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He coached and mentored teams utilizing Six Sigma quality methodologies while with General Electric.
