Definitions
Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Our affiliates include companies with an "Exeter" name.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include financial service providers, motor vehicle dealers, insurance companies, aftermarket product providers, and direct marketing companies.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Our joint marketing partners include financial service providers, motor vehicle dealers, insurance companies, aftermarket product providers, and direct marketing companies.

CALIFORNIA, NORTH DAKOTA, AND VERMONT RESIDENTS: We do not share information we collect about you unless state and federal law permit us to do so without (1) first obtaining your specific consent, or (2) providing you an opportunity to tell us not to share such information.
