We may obtain the following types of personal information when you choose to provide it through our Site:

• Contact information, such as your name, phone number, postal address and email address;
• account number, zip code and last four digits of your Social Security number when you register for an online account;

Our Site is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) through our Site. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen (13), we will promptly delete the information from our records.
