Exeter Chief Information Officer to speak at Auto Finance Summit

Michele Rodgers to deliver keynote address at Women in Auto Finance luncheon

Exeter Finance LLC, a non-prime auto finance company, has announced that Chief Information Officer Michele Rodgers will deliver the keynote address at the Women in Auto Finance luncheon at the 2021 Auto Finance Summit. The luncheon is the kickoff event of the three-day conference and is considered to be an exclusive networking opportunity to support and cultivate female leadership in the auto finance industry.

In her remarks, Rodgers will share details about her career journey, her persistence, and her tenacity in the auto finance industry. Her invitation to deliver the keynote address follows being named the Enterprise winner of the 2021 Dallas CIO of the Year ORBIE Awards and one of Auto Fin Journal’s Top Women in Auto Finance in 2019.

As Exeter’s Chief Information Officer, Rodgers leads the technology organization, including the strategy, development, and implementation of new technology solutions that drive business value. She is also responsible for Exeter’s technology infrastructure, security, enterprise project management office, and data governance. She has been with Exeter since 2018.

Prior to joining Exeter, Rodgers served in several leadership roles at Santander Consumer USA over an 11-year period. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for SoftLink Solutions, Inc., and held leadership roles in accounting in both private and public-sector companies. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
