We may obtain the following types of personal information when you choose to provide it through our Site:

  • Contact information, such as your name, phone number, postal address and email address;
  • account number, zip code and last four digits of your Social Security number when you register for an online account;
  • login credentials, such as your username and password;
  • financial account information when you make a payment to us; and
  • any other personal information in content you provide on our Site.
