Exeter Finance LLC, a leading indirect auto finance company, announced today it has honored three outstanding team members in its new recognition program, “E3.” The program was created to allow employees to honor teammates who proactively engage with their colleagues; consistently enable their team, dealer partners and customers; and intentionally empower those around them.
The honorees were chosen by an employee committee that reviewed more than 85 peer nominations looking for team members who exemplify the program’s values. The three employees selected for Exeter’s Spring 2022 “E3” awards are:
The three employees selected for the awards were honored at a recent luncheon with their managers and company executives. Speaking of Irvine, Mays and Nguyen at the luncheon, Chief Human Resources Officer Michelle Whatley said, “Each of our recipients are here today because the work they do goes above and beyond their normal scope of responsibilities, and what they do leaves a lasting impression on those around them.”
Whatley presented each of the recipients with a custom award, a $2,000 bonus and several pieces of Exeter E3 merchandise. She added the company will conduct the “E3” program honoring outstanding employees twice a year -- each spring and fall. All non-managerial employees who have been with Exeter at least six months are eligible to be nominated.
